Place the FeelZing patch as close as possible to the mastoid — the area right behind your ear, in between your ear and your hairline. Try to avoid putting on hair and if possible clean the skin before application.

The stimulation from the FeelZing patch is a very noticeable and new sensation. Customers report feeling everything from a little tingly, to an “electric massage”. The first time you use the patch might come with a surprisingly strong sensation.

Stimulation lasts 7 minutes. Your FeelZing patch will automatically stop sending electric pulses after the 7 minute period. You can remove it after that.

The FeelZing patch is made up of an anode and cathode electrode, and delivers a proprietary pattern of electric stimulation using a built in battery and smart circuit. During stimulation, the patch is sending a specific waveform of electricity. The current iteration of FeelZing uses a power source that is 1/70th the size of a AA battery (comparable to the battery in a greeting card and safe for household disposal). All the materials we use are environmentally friendly and safe for household disposal.

Although we are not aware of pre-existing medical conditions aggravated by the use of FeelZing, we recommend you consult your physician if you have any concerns. We ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within that time frame, reach out to us at support@feelzing.com

We offer a 45 Day Money-Back Guarantee for every order we ship to customers. If you try the patches and don’t love them, just put the remaining unused patches back in the package and request a refund at contact@feelzing.com within 45 days of receiving your patches.

Please note, to be eligible for refund at least 50% of the packs must be unused. Refunds are issued for unused Packs.

We also suggest shipping the used patches to us as well as this way we will be able to recycle them. 

Once we get the product back, we will make a decision to refund if everything matches our requirements. You can expect to receive your refund within 4 (four) weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 4 (four) weeks based on these factors:

- The time required for return shipping;

- Product inspection at our return facility;

- Processing from your financial institution.
